Warranty

The SNOOZ Pro White Noise Machine comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers materials and workmanship defects outside normal wear and tear, provided that the product is used in a home environment. The coverage of this warranty does not include damage occurring after the first year, as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than SNOOZ INC. Unboxing your T&N

Like all things in life, the process will be smoother with a friend. Remove first layer of outer plastic, roll until its completely flat and let it hang out for 1-2 hours to fully expand.

Frequently asked

Do Tuft & Needle Mattresses use flame retardant chemicals or fiberglass?  

Most mattresses that contain fiberglass use it in their fire barrier. Our mattresses do not contain fiberglass in any of their components. Our fire barrier is a knit blend of polyester and cotton, which has been treated with a food-grade salt. Our fire barrier satisfies both the 1633 (open flame) and 163 (cigarette) burn test requirements.

Do I need to flip or rotate my mattress? 

We recommend rotating your T&N mattress every 6 months, but there's no need to flip the mattress as the foam core has been designed to have a specific top and bottom. Always keep the zippered side down for optimal comfort. Want to learn more? Check out our blog article, here.

How long can the mattress stay boxed? 

Generally speaking, we recommend setting up the mattress within 3-4 weeks of receiving it.

Unrolling it as soon as you can helpsrelieves the pressure that compression puts on the foam, and leaving it compressed for longer could potentially damage the mattress.

If you choose to leave the mattress in the box for more than a week, keep in mind it may take a little longer to expand to the proper shape/size since it's been compressed for longer than usual (you can still start using it within 2-3 hours of unboxing!) and your 100-Night Sleep Trial starts on the date of delivery by default.

If you are unable to unbox the mattress within the recommended timeframe, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible to discuss alternative shipping options, including delaying delivery.

Can I remove the mattress cover for cleaning? 

No.

While there is a zippered on cover on Tuft & Needle mattresses, with the exception of our 2022 Mint and 2023 Mint Hybrid, none of our covers are intended to be removed. 

If you need to clean your cover, we recommend spot cleaning: a mix of dishwashing detergent diluted with water should remove most stains and oil. You can read more in our blog article,here.
